Standard Rate: $2000/week
Off Season Rate: $1800/week
Cleaning Fee: $175 (includes tax)

Owner’s Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date

Rate: $1800/week

ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO EMAIL INQUIRY. Summer rates maybe higher. Holidays surcharge apply.

No weddings, no reunions, no parties, no smoking

No more than 8 people are at property at all times, strictly enforced

Deposit checks will not be cashed unless damage is done.

Pets are not allowed to sleep on beds and please no wet dogs on beds

Please let us now if damage is done.   We can work something out rather than you lose your whole deposit.

Optional membership to Seranata Beach Club extra.  The cost of a tenant membership is currently $230 per week +6% tax for up to 10 people plus toddlers staying in your vacation property. You pay the club directly.
