Entering this craftsmen-decorator-styled beach home you will see a stylish designed  kitchen.  Glance at the glass wall-to-wall sliders in both the living room and in each bedroom, excellent for ocean viewing.  Admire the hand-cut glass stained window above the door. The open floor plan stretches from the spacious  kitchen to the large covered oceanfront  eat-in porch, great for entertaining and making  your dream vacation complete. Vilano beach is a community located two minutes from historical St Augustine, one hour from Jacksonville and  two hours from Disney door-to-door. Within walking distance we have a brand new town center that holds a large grocery store, a fishing pier, and five restaurant, most providing  live music.

Our beach is wide, sandy, quiet. There are no big crowds, even on the busiest summer weekends! The Sundancer is so comfortable and pretty that you may never want to leave!

The Seranata Beach Club is located 1 mile north of the home for additional charge. The cost of a tenant membership is currently $230 per week +6% tax for up to 10 people plus toddlers staying in your vacation property.

You can enjoy daily dolphin sightings as you eat breakfast or relax over a cocktail.

Collect shark teeth and shells during the day. Last year we had two turtle nests in front of our home. One family was lucky enough to see it!

The home is close to many golf courses.

Downtown historic St. Augustine is just five minutes away, as is World Golf Village.

Disney World is just 90 minutes away.

40 minutes to Daytona and 45 minutes to Jacksonville.
