Deposit checks will not be cashed unless damage is done.
Pets are not allowed to sleep on beds and please no wet dogs on beds.
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF DAMAGE IS DONE. We can work something out rather than you lose your whole deposit.
Optional membership to Seranata Beach Club is extra. The cost of a tenant membership is currently $230 per week +6% tax for up to 10 people plus toddlers staying in your vacation property. YOU PAY THE CLUB DIRECTLY.
We do accept PayPal, but renter pays PayPal fee.
